Disappearing Spruce beds?

Postby derkrieger92 » Tue Apr 13, 2010 2:20 pm

Yesterday when i logged in my Spruce bed that i had logged out in was gone. I logged in again this morning and this time my brothers spruce bed is gone, when he also slept in it when he logged out. Is this a bug or is it possible someone is stealing them or something?

someone could have been stealing them or destroying them or it was the decay.

This sounds like decay. Spruce beds decay quickly.

Decay is random. The bed could last for a week or it could disappear 2 days. How many decay hit is a spruce bed anyhow?
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

I had it for only a couple hours, plus many other things haven't decayed around our camp. Even other peoples beds are fine. Either someone has been destroying/stealing them or the decay system is random nonsense.

Decay is entirely random.

That seems like an unfair system, not necessarily inefficient as im sure it destroys a great many things. But doesn't seem right for my brand new bed in constant use can be destroyed where as some guys old bucket has been around the forest longer than I've been in town.
