Cupboards outside and in boats

Hello, i have a little report about cupboard.
As you know you can not build it outside, but you can lift it outside and even put into boat!
I think it should be fixed.

I don't believe this is a bug so much as the removal of being able to build cupboards outside was a notice that they are immediately destroyed should decay (which is random) hit them. If you're willing to risk it, feel free to drag it outside.
