Drying frame bug

Postby n_azrael » Wed Apr 21, 2010 11:40 pm

I've been playing with my wife just about a month, and we found out that some times aour drying frames disapear, we first thought that was only decaying but we create one and put a boar hide to dry and a few hours later it was gone, the drying frame was inside my claim area so I don't think someone destroy it. or I missing something?

Thanks

They decay in one hit unfortunately.

I had one today (placed on paved ground) which just turned red and was repairable with one branch. So Loftar and Jorb might have made them a bit sturdier.

It's one decayed hit on grass or forest, but two on paved.

It also decays more quickly in Mordor (minimum civilization levels, level X animals). I'm not sure if they still decay in one hit in Mordor, paved or not, but the used to.

If you're out in the isolated wilderness, everything will be susceptible to this.
Come back two hours earlier.

The problem is that I've got 2 olders from the one that decayed, and they are still as new

Decay is completely random. Age has no bearing on it.
