game crash when entering Mansion

I am reporting this on behalf of my partner. He is crashing his game when entering a stone mansion. Not always, but often. We tried and it crashes both with and without the full screen option enabled.
He is using (for now) the default client.
Any suggestions?
When the all cutting blade meets the uncuttable stone - at times, the blade is sharpened

Crashes how, more precisely? If it sends an error report, tell me his account name and I can take a look at it.
