Character missing

At least I think that's the reason for my error. When I start the game the window pops up, says connecting, and then, after briefly showing the character selection screen (like for one frame) it says Haven Error and asks me if I want to report it. I did so yesterday and since you seem to be very quick in correcting problems I though it would work today, but it didn't. After checking my account page I see that my second character is missing (I don't want to have him, but there's no remove button). As it would seem that the game crashes at the selection screen I think it might be related.

Could you fix it? I want to play.

Indeed, it's a remnant from a bug that happened yesterday which corrupted some account information. I've patched your account up manually now. Thanks for reporting!
