Moth reproduction in chest in cabin

I put 5 moths in a chest in my cabin, 3 female, 2 male, I put about 3 rows of mulberry leaves. I logged out for a night. I have no eggs.

There seems, indeed, to have been a bug with the moths (it seems I just forgot to finish the code). It should be fixed now, and moths should currently reproduce both in your inventory and in other containers, though we may restrict that to certain containers in the future.

Oh, and you only need leaves to feed the larva, and eggs won't hatch unless they're in a herbalist's desk anyway.

That bug shouldn't have made the moths disappear without leaving any eggs, though. I just found that the same happened to a couple of moths that I had in my inventory, too. I'll have to look into it.

mine didn't disappear, just nothing happened

I had two pairs of moths in the same chest. I only got 6 eggs. I think one pair didn't reproduce or bugged out.

I put 4 pairs of moths each in it's own basket.
Woke up - and only one basket had eggs. The others were empty.
