When I Tried To Start, It Doesn't Work

I have a Windows 7 Computer, but since I haven't played before, it has to install before I can play, but when I try that, sometimes it can get about 3/4 the way, and freeze, but now it doesn't even get close.

You mean this is during the download phase? Does the Java Web Start window say anything at all? If it happens after the download phase (at which point I think JWS validates that Jar files), there may be something wrong with your Java installation.

But, it is trying to download the application, but it doesn't work, and my Java is installed correctly.
