Personal Belief slider stuck at 'less than an hour'

I'm just curious if it is anything i can do to debug my personal belief slider. It's been stuck for a day now.

Since you haven't actually posted much information...I'm going to assume you didn't know that one in-game hour is actually 20 real life minutes, and that only the time spent playing (not AFK or logged off) counts towards your personal belief slider point timer.
