Time tokens and gameplay

After reading the stuff about the transferrable game time tokens I'm worried about how that will affect gameplay.

I envisage a game where everyone will rush for black skills and make combat alts to kill everyone and anyone they meet in hope of finding not gear but a token.

Imagine playing in a small village with "friends" and you bought some tokens. Then someone found out and decided to kill you for them by stabbing you in the back.

I get the feeling being a nomad is going to be required lol

The tokens are kept at your hearthfire until you take them out. As long as you're not dumb, the only realistic way that they could get a token is if someone trade ganked you for it.
