Add option to 'Torch' houses

i think it would be neat to have a option to torch houses made from burnable materials with a torch. maybe it takes a day or two irl to destroy it and players could put the fire out with buckets or something, just think it would be neat.

That's possible in Salem meaning you will never see it added to Haven.
