Would love more customization.

Bumping because I think this is really important. I have two friends who regularly watch me play this game and tell me all the time how it looks like a blast, but they shrink away the moment they see my character. They say stuff like "Does she have to have a ponytail?" and "Can you change her facial structure at all?".
It doesn't personally bother me but the lack of customization in clothing, race and general character structure I think is turning those who are a little more aesthetically inclined.
