Its A Bond Of Blood And Soil
When you build stake claim you get one of those, and when you study curios your claim will get presence which is needed for it tobe active. So i think when it ends your claim disappears or will become destroyable/ineffective. This should solve problems with massive claims or abandoned claims. Bigger the claim gets, more presence it drains. So upkeeping huge claim would be expensive.
