Isn't that just you having some sort of IPv6 trouble? Isn't it the same over IPv6 for the German address?

Woops, I was ssh'd into a remote box that apparently doesn't like IPv6.

I'm surprised anyone from NA is getting better results from finland, it's significantly further away than germany is.

In the UK I got around 30ms to Germany and 44ms to Finland
