Although, I now have to admit that the idea of parallel world at this stage will leave current world absolutely uninhabited, as there's way too few people left playing and with no objectives left.
It's sorry to admit but if new world happens any time soon, there's no other way to go other than wipe current.

I disagree.

There are a number of players who enjoy this world and might continue to enjoy it as is even if a new world starts. It is a slower pace. It is also a good opportunity for new players to experience the game. I for one am not leaving. I was promised two worlds, and I am holding them to it. I think it would serve a great purpose in that different players gets to play more to their liking. I am old and do not enjoy to rush things. Some like to do all at once and then they are sort of finished within a few months. I think keeping the idea of two separate worlds is a good one.

If they do wipe W16 and start a new one, they will lose many players. As you point out there are many lovely games out there with developers who communicate far better with their audience than ours. Competition is fierce. Two worlds with two different play styles might be their best bet.

It's so cute how you think you're someone special here, important, possessing the reputation of an old-timer. In reality, though, you make quite a different impression.

Not rly, TBH.

This game has ever seen a massive group of competent people tryharding, and I don't think it'd be playable if it did. Too many mechanics just break under the slightest bit of stress. If you think I'm autistic look at the runescape nerds. Those bois are literally getting jobs at jagex to be able to DDOS each other better, and trying to complete the collection log, which takes something like 20 years of efficient play hours. People like that would break haven over their knee.

Luckily haven will never be popular enough to attract those people xddd

The problem is not with bug abusers like you; they always exist. And it's not about the specific game being full of holes; it’s always full of them.

The real issue lies in the administration's loyalty towards such bug abusers as yourself. Naturally, if you're and those similar to you are not severely punished for exploiting bugs, engaging in RMT, and other destructive non-gameplay behaviors, and this passivity on behalf of the administration continues year after year. As a result, each passing year sees your audacity grow exponentially, causing ever-increasing harm to the game.

It sounds like Snail is the only person responsible for the struggles this project faces.
I mean, he definitely could do more for community, namely declare crusade to eradicate all starred items and villages possessing them from the game, but overall it seems he embodies all the evil happening in this game even though he's not necessary related.

o I didn't rly mean bug abuse. If anything bigger populations mean bugs get reported faster, unlike here where they're often silently abused for years.

I meant basic stuff like what happens when somebody decides to put a scoutbot next to every single thingwall, or somebody actually sets up optimal eating bots and gets literally 100k strength, or if some group quests the quality of clay up to 10,000. The game just breaks as soon as extremely motivated autists get their hands on it, but they don't rly exist here
