Your Play Time is always unlimited while you have any subscription active.

This needs to be fixed pretty fast.

when the server is down you don't lose any time.
Just the inconvenience of not being able to play when you want but you don't pay for that time

They look at what caused it to crash first and then as far as Im aware they fix whatever crashed it before restarting it

Hmm.. Ive seen some of the mods using technical computer words before. If given proper measures, would they be able to restart the server themselves?

Thats not going to happen, they want to prevent the server crashing again not just restart it, the more it crashes the more likely corruption to data is going to happen.

So much wrong with that, but I haven't paid yet so I don't get to say anything.

This is the second time it has been down in less then 5 hours. Check the time stamps on the previous posts.

If people are paying, then some of that money should be spent on keeping the servers up. It's not that hard to make a reboot script. Maybe it won't fix anything, but at least people can play the game.

This is my first day playing. The game has crashed on my twice. Not only is there no tutorial or instruction, but it's unstable too.
Why exactly would I want to pay for this? It's only up long enough for the free hours anyway.

Na, only Loftar knows what to do/how to restart the server, so if he's not awake then we're all out of luck. =)

So Tech, would there ever be a chance Loftar could teach a Moderator to do what he does with the server in terms of retstarting it / finding the problem?

Restart scripts are good and all, but what if the server gets corrupted data and we all get sent back a day because of it? They are making the best move in this regard. as for your rebuttle to the other statements, if you cant handle a small dev team in the first weak of a new launch with untested software having problems then you would better be off playing a game made by a larger company.

The game is created/run by two developers. Other games out there are run by big professional companies. That said, yes, it has crashed twice today, but on previous days it hasn't been crashing. It was unlucky you chose today to start.

The game is different from most other games out there. You start out naked and without anything and you gradually learn about the world that you are in and get more skills and resources over time. The discovering is part of the fun. This world is new and while some have experience with previous worlds which definitely helps, we're all learning about new/different features of this world. The forum community comes together to share new information or make beginners' guides as the information becomes available.

If you want an easier game, there are others out there.
