We do not only link it. You have to explicitly check a box to agree to it.

yeah, but that is for those who went to the store and bought something. i havent made a new account for a while, but does making an account now direct you to that page to make sure that every player read the terms and conditions at least once before playing too? to make sure free players also read it?

I'd favour to show it somewhere else prominently too independent of ordering - there's space in the bannermenu for it
