Firstly, define "they". All of them? Because that's not true. Some of them? If some of them, would you not agree that some natives rape people as well? Do you shoot them and throw them in a hole? Do you send them out of your country? No, there are special facilities for people who do such horrors - prisons. A simple solution would be to expand upon the prison system if you expect more criminals. Shouldn't be too hard for a big boy country like Finland. Problem solved.
Secondly, what's wrong with them using drugs? How does that in any way hurt society? They like drugs, there's a market for drugs, they're in fact helping society by putting the money they earn into it.

killing all unhappy people has a history of turning bad for the culprit behind it, no faster way to make people have pride in them selfs by giving them a a reason to live (defending thier home, people and way of life) the only reason there even is unhappy people cause of inequality throu out the world, we have the resources and manpower, but seems like higher powers may be just waiting it out (once get to space its alot easier to abandon those you want too)
