Server is a bit laggy when it usually isn't. Is this due to the crash earlier?

Odd crash, both servers and forums went down. Bugfixing? Hell of a bug, then.

Sometimes lately when the game server has been down, the web server has also gone down, and I really haven't a clue why that might be. It has obviously not actually crashed, because then it should have left a core-dump behind, but then I don't really know what might cause it. 'Tis strange, it is.
