Your dates (the previous ones too) make no sense. Historical precedent suggests the announcement will be around the weekend (possibly but not necessarily via dev stream) with the actual reset being two weeks later on a Friday or Saturday. There's no way they'd reset within a couple days of the announcement unless the server suddenly explodes like it did back in world 5 (and I imagine nowadays they have backups and other ways to mitigate that damage).
