It shouldn't be but if you want to stay competitive you unfortunately have to use them. Jorb please rebalance the game I don't want to have to always keep clients on. This is why we can't have nice things. Tragedy of the commons and all that.

Guess the server felt it was being too harsh on my xp gain and gave me these 2 at once.
