I'd say both are at work ... most of the times when server crashed and they're working to fix it jorb shows up at forums ...

Or on the contrary - it's bad news (AKA W11) and he's trying to figure out how to tell us that. :)

Or he is just checking the server status from time to time to see when he can play too.
