The fact that a player has to choose between being defensive and offensive is the reason why a chase lasts so long like that and why combat sucks so hard, he could have ran around forever spamming defenses it looked like but as soon as he started fighting back he got wrecked. Yes he threw in the occasional punch while you guys ran around but he was never gonna kill you like that.

maybe but it looked like he just saw you only had shield up going and he stopped putting his defenses up to try and hit you, you had a portion of a bar on your defense when he got knocked.

I think when jorb and loftar made the combat they thought that people will be actually using random card deck shit(more than 5 cards) and it will be only 1v1 standing fights happening. The combat needs a update badly indeed.

Once when we fought I was able to keep my defenses up vs 3 warriors as long as I was runing on 3rd speed...
So actually you can tank up to 3 warriors depends on your agi as well, but I think you can tank two for ever without fighting back and if you keep runing on 3rd speed and have enough water... :O Good combat br0z!
