CHAPTER 12:
THE END

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Image

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Image

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Image

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Image

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Image

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I wanted to say that I failed... But I suppose it was always about the journey.
I am sorry I couldn't deliver everything that I dreamed of. That the Retreat never lived up to the ideals it has always been born from.
I guess not all stories end as we wish them to end... sometimes we're so fearful of monsters and nightmares that we forget what's inside each one of us.
And for many reasons, it is time for me to go.
(No, I was not sieged and I did not die; it's just time to go)

It has to be mentioned, however, that this would've never been possible without many of you. And for all of you that were kind, helpful and somehow a part of this story, a big and heartfelt thank you. And I really mean it. I set out with a mission to find kindness in a world of aggressiveness and suffering. And I found both in the most surprising places, so... No. I did not fail. Thanks for everything.
Alas, the show must go on. The hearthlands will live on, ever changing and everlasting as they have always been.

The gates are open and Authority is dropping fast.
One story ends, a thousand more begin.

Farewell.

Cool idea but I did this 7 years ago (creating a village in an unfavorable enviroment). My village was so successful that world powers and great enemies alike showered me with respect and cave cows. Sorry it didn't work out better luck next time.

PS the placement of your houses is A+)++

PSS I will never look at this thread again and I will never read your response
You may have foiled the plans of BAD-EVIL this time, but there is no rest for the wicked.

thank you for your word on this pvp champ
There was a wise soviet conscript that was surrounded by the enemy on the battle of Stalingrad. A mortar shot teared his pants apart causing a big hole in his pants right on his right butt cheek. He felt a glorious cold ass breeze of wind on his butt cheek, like it would be sent by stalin himself, he said - hide your butts

Farewell and God speed to you DaniAngione

Originally wanted to post a tender goodbye tune, but for some reason I felt the need to post something a little more raw.
