A test server with 100x convenience bonus would let players hop on in a weekend and test out new stats mechanics quickly, while having some fun.
Currently mechanics are only tested in long cycles, aka the world lifetime.

All other mechanics are much more deep and interesting than most games. So instead of setting a skillcap its better to rework the battle mechanics.
Also "permanent world" in this game means online decrease and no new players. This game should have at least a yearly wipe. I've played a lot at the start of this world and had me village (6 people - at least 4 all time premium members). But all people left at some point after death or other reasons. No one returned because it's not interesting to have Q 100 crops when other ppl have 200+ already. Let's be realistic - devs need to put food on their families tables. And having 800 active online players is better than having 300.
