In the wild, but you can get there from a village called Mos Turnip, which you can get to from a couple of places in the Northern Kingdom. Next world I'm thinking of organising a larger underground market with some other players.

now that killing a decent warrior is super duper rare these days, posting a skull with decent LP is a cool pic now

Unless the previous owner somehow got close to 600 will by accident, that's a crafters skull, not a fighters.

it was 100% a warrior, maybe he was raising all other stats aswell?

It's actually quite easy to get there now, with the Aurora-CF road (West gate in CF), it's literally a one-click jump from bottom to top of the map, a wondrous engineering achievement.
