Here's a couple of closer lizard looks...
Indeed they don't seem to have the appropriate feet for lizards, but their faces is kinda cute :3

I got a lot of these guys around me and it looks very similar to in game model.
I guess only difference being that in game model keeps its little feet straight all the time which is not very realistic for this critter.
