Sorry, I'm going to take a rollback on this crash. I could probably fix it up properly, but there are several factors conspiring against me and I see a long night of debugging before me while I need that time to work on the reset instead. I hate having to resort to this, but Imma have to call it being what it is.

With 1500 players I'd say that the server is performing quite well.
Player count will probably halve within 24 hours so then there will be a lot less lag.

It doth to me appear that ~1400 players seems to be the current maximum that the server can comfortably handle. If we're going to set new records on the next reset, it may be necessary to bump the priority of server parallelization a bit.
