I've been getting insane lag since yesterday, I get 10 seconds delay on every action I do, and my friend doesn't seem to be affected. I don't have any download or app open on the side except discord. Please help?

Are you playing over WiFi? If so, that'd be the first thing I'd blame.

Like that's going to resolve the problem. (you'd be kicking 1/4 of the player base and 90% of the subs.)

also, check your network. I'm having hiccups, but no more than usual for start of a world.
