build crossroad and palisade or bw so u wont have to break crossroad every time for safety and just close / open the gate instead

Wait, so is there even a picture of the map anywhere? I have no idea where I am. I mean even with a map I won't know where I am, but at least I'd have a map??

Explore your area and then search the map for the bigger landmarks such as mountains, unusual land or lake formations, if you know your area well it is usually quite quick to find yourself though it appears daunting at first glance. :)

Lol, just zoom in and as said if you can find something unusual in your area you'll spot it, it is just a matter of getting to know your area well. Look at the biomes around you too, they are quite distinctive on the map in terms of connecting pieces. :)
