I've ran into like 7 people so far, every one a good encounter except the one Russian I couldn't understand, possibly a good encounter.
I gave a rabbit carcass away to 3 of them so they could discover bone, and dropped "string" material to 3 others. I ran away from the Russian after saying good luck.
