I voted neutral on both counts because I think there are going to be positive and negative outcomes from the change. I don't like the idea of a level cap at all but I think I can glimpse how shifting value and player investment away from characters and into infrastructure will result in more "player interaction" ie bloodshed.
Also I dislike the idea of segregating players who don't or can't sub, ensuring they can't really be competitive unless they pay. It would be nice to see this balanced out by making trade more viable so players with the determination could earn their sub in-game and remain competitive.
But whatever. I signed up to play lab rat when I started playing a game in eternal alpha.
