Why is lip sync so bad in it?

Because it's a cartoon and the ponies aren't actually singing the song.

Most cartoon I see has fine lip syncing.

There are many great parts in it, but one of my favorites is For unto us a Child is born.

Another great Christmas oratorio would be Bach's (the Gardiner recording is great if only because the first trumpet is Frigging Awesome). It has too many great movements to count, but a particularly fitting one for Advent would be Bereite dich, Zion.

((Because thats clips from the show placed by a non-professional fan to match with the song which only has an album and was never animated an official video))

I have see good quality content produce by non-professional fan. Why this fan cares so little for quality of product?

Yes, I know. I have see people splice clips from cartoon show and edit some lip syncing properly. It can be done.
