Wow this is actually fucking stupid. Like everything in this whole feud has been on the autism spectrum. The "Did not!" "Did too!" arguments and "fights", the aggression, the denial of wrongdoings, bug abuses; every faction in themselves are just fucking shitty acronyms and should be treated as such.

From what ive seen of the conflicts so far is that Dis went nuts spamming their cairns because for some reason Jorb and loftar decided not to put the time gate on them in the beginning but did for village flags??? and so we have 2 potential kingdoms that were smothered by Russian zerglings and snuffed out prematurely. i do wonder what was so hard when implementing the change in mole update he couldn't delete all current cairns and reset kingdoms to base coronation stones and these conflicts would've been pushed away from cities and out in the open where you get a clear struggle going on.

Since they already knew they were going to make the blessing update it would've given them more kingdoms to test out the different buffs, but alas i guess Dis must be buying lots of subtokens for them to throw development logic out the window to bow down to them. I mean look at the ore buff that is basically all they are using after claiming everyone as xp batteries straight away, and we see a blessing that is poorly designed and no sample size to test against and only dis whispering into their ears that its fine.

I'm worried watching all this unfold that they are going to stick to their motto of leaving mistakes as they are and not remedying them or dealing with the culprits hard enough and we have another Salem situation where tribe/Dis wear them out and they sell the game and give up. i was having lots of fun in salem when they ran it, but after they sold it that nutcase changed it to benefit his friends and destroyed the community and i had to leave, luckily hafen was here for me and now im having lots of fun here and hoping Dis doesn't ruin hafen for all of us.

Salem wasn't their prized project and was more of a a development job with Paradox. Seeing that Paradox saw it did not pan out and left it out, I believe jorb and loftar saw no reason to keep it.

As for developer favoritism, I haven't found anything concrete of yet aside from rumors.

I don't really think there is any dev favoritism either. People will always be quick to suspect it. A couple years ago Dis suspected we were the dev's pets when they never really gave a crap about what we did or didn't do. Now it is the other way around I guess.

My only qualm is with Jorb and Loftar being somewhat blind as to what might benefit the game's growth (or they lack interest in that, which is their choice then I guess) possibly amplified by the loud noises on the forums which only come from people who are way too invested in the game to give any good advice. They will just point out what is best for them, not for the game.

This. It takes a decent amount of will to report something that will benefit the game but detrimental to your faction. Attachments can really hinder ones ability to contribute...

The devs just gush over people who dominate the world. They gushed at chief all the while he was destroying their game but eh, people are run by emotions not logic foremost.

Hafen is (or has been in the past) a different kettle of fish. DIS has dominated worlds before and the only result is that they get ultrabored and make peace zones or other silliness.

Watching in interest.

Perhaps in the previous world but doesn't seem to be the case in this one. At least not in the near future. How many factions have their clashed with now?

It does seem like they have been at the heart of a lot of indiscriminate bloodshed this world but I'm still playing catch up on the political scene.

I'm sure everything will be clear soon enough. Last thing anyone wants is tribe 2.0

Remove cliff and drop severial bars of gold at start of world when you try to pali village on highq soil. Remember this clearly, and not only me. We got a lot of alt chars there and a lot of players who was there can prove my words.

I am older and wiser, and would not give out ingame items as any sort of compensation today, but in my defense I did that because Nao had helped uncover a serious bug and lost his character in the process. It wasn't about helping a particular faction.
