I meant basic stuff like what happens when somebody decides to put a scoutbot next to every single thingwall, or somebody actually sets up optimal eating bots and gets literally 100k strength, or if some group quests the quality of clay up to 10,000. The game just breaks as soon as extremely motivated autists get their hands on it, but they don't rly exist here

You overestimate what "extremely motivated autist" means and you severely underestimate where you fall on that graph, and I don't mean this as an insult.

I'm not going to argue I'm not in the upper percentile for autistic griefing, but I'm nothing special. there's 20 of me on every rust server.

The gulf between anything anybody has done in haven compared to what top tier corps in eve, or top autism clans in osrs have done is ///massive///

It's quite an effort to pass off one's own dishonest and unfair gaming habits as part of some kind of progressive hardcore gaming club. The so-called "tryhard community"—I've often witnessed such tryhards in Rust getting launched skyward tethered to rockets.
When clay can be accelerated to 10,000 q, carrying an item giving just +50% LP bonus doesn't seem nearly as unjust anymore.

I can't imagine how you'll manage living here any longer. You've always been a scavenger, actively kissing ass to major factions right on this forum. Now you've become an official bug exploiter too. What else are you capable of doing to “fight two against ten”?

I can't rly tell if you're misinformed and angry or just part of one of those weird villages here that cares wayyy too much about public perception but it's extremely funny either way

Ngl SpacePig making Snail look like a fool.
Not that much assistance was needed on that front.

He's no fool, just not really a decent person nor a good-faith benevolent player, neither of which is frowned upon in this community, it's basically a prerequisite to play the game effectively to be like him.

"Yes."

South Park did a good job portraying this scenario way back when. The "WoW episode".

why are people so mad its just a game

it seems contradictory to call someone irrelevant while spamming emotional messages attacking them randomly with the usual victim cabal, just make me think of bison or mad men elevator meme

I agree that I dont really get the point of parallel world it seemed more relevant if there was a big steam playerbase but steam release is never the magic sauce that devs think it will be

I'd just like to point out: EVE is kinda killing itself due to griefing out new/PvE players, Rust has PvE servers, and OSRS has a very limited amount of content gates behind pvp with the vast majority of the game in PvE only zones.

I don't think these three games are suitable comparisons for haven or models we should strive to emulate.
Lucky: haven is so quirky
Lucky: can be so ugly, can be so heartwarming
