Oh yes it seems much better. Then we are only 70 yet, I'll wait until the server loads up for a decent opinion.
But man, is this cool to play this game like that :o

Did you check Interxion (Kista) for Colocation?

It's just the technical support, they have tickets, they have to find a somewhat reasonable excuse, randomly pick one from an already made list, and throw it up to you. We all know how it works.

But then really, that's smooth now, I'm discovering the game again.

I hadn't seen that one specifically, but the fact that the only real action on their product page for colocation is a button to request a price quotation in all likelihood means that they don't offer less than a whole rack.

Too sad they don't tell us their server location for the german branch ... I bet I could be there in an hour to knock on some doors and ask them to get their sh*t straight.
Though reading what I would do in a case of malfunction, them not telling is probably a good thing ... and here I was thinking I could contribute to the game simply by being a german ^^

Don't get me wrong, though; I'm fairly pleased with Hetzner. The general reliability and connectivity has been pretty great, and I do think their support is quite alright. I'd just really prefer not to have to deal with support whatsoever, regardless how good or bad it is.
