JPGs usually have additional blurriness/imperfection due to its compression for lower sizes; both images (including the PNG) that you showed seem to contain such imperfections which means the problem is probably on the capture and not the post editing/saving. I remember we talked about this once and you did mention that your graphics seemed off since the update you just mentioned, but still, for JPG imperfections as seen in the pictures it is unlikely that they would be live rendered in the game, so I'd suggest trying a different method to capture the images to see if they get any better

(I'd suggest Dropbox's screen capture, it's easy and nice to set up and Dropbox is a good software to have anyways for storage/sharing)
