I just don't get why people don't simply eat foods with the FEPs they want to restore energy or eat FEP neutral foods. I mean if you're a group with the resources to contentiously be working on projects that expend huge amounts of energy over they entire run time of the world then surely it would be trivial to access all different kinds of foods.
But if you do want to, down to calculating over every 0.01% of hunger and FEP, Min-Max in the absolute most efficient possible thats your choice to deal with the extra hassle and you will be rewarded for your effort. By an amount thats worth the extra effort? Up to you really.

My unbuffed stats significantly outclass your buffed stats in all areas even though I'm not specializing my character like you are. Now consider that the gap between the stats of large faction players and mine is even much bigger than the gap between our stats, and I hope you'll understand why your personal experience is not at all representative of the impact the hunger system has on large faction players.
