I understand that most likely I will be banned ... but it seems to me that if you make a wipe or remove a snail, then everything will sparkle with new colors, people will be happy again, they will buy your hats and tokens

reading chat while his bots are working and spamming which destroys the game. The new player sees a cheat in the game and loses enthusiasm to continue playing

I agree, because many new people who come to the game also die from the whim of the snail, I recently met a player who was banned for "hello" in the chat and he had to play in silence for a long period of time because he did not even know how to ask for advice ...
Snail deliberately destroys the atmosphere of the game, I do not see what he says, "I point out to the developers on their mistakes." No, he's just killing our game!

well not that i wouldnt love to see that asshole and his whole following banned for life, but its not enough to banned a person just cause there dicks. other players could easily join and kill them all. he only has a very small following compared to the amount of players that could join and in game remove/kill them all. and it doesnt seem fair to have everyone say he is doing this to the game without hear his side. but I AM SURE WE WONT EVER HEAR HIS SIDE BECAUSE IT IS MOST LIKELY THEM DOING THIS!

But he has obviously done nothing wrong.
Its all the fault of rooked game mechanics, and ultimately the devs who designed them, why should he be punished for devs misdoings?
Lets just wait, soon devs fix those mechanics and all our problems go away!

Banning someone for being a dick in-game is, of course, absurd.

Banning someone for actively attempting to undermine the game out-game is another matter, I would think. That, and attempting to downstream monetize someone else's product. Then again, as of now, only the latter applies to SnuggleSnail. Perhaps the former does as well, but without proof, who can say? Aside from traffic analysis, I suppose ...

The problem is the inability or lack of will to do it.
