Maybe hetzner could help (probably not)
or then try some more expensive host like ovh? They must offer something for the increased price after all.
I think Hetzner sells 10gbit/s connections for quite cheap to use in their servers as an additional service.
Of course that may not be of help if the issue truly lies somewhere else and the used bandwidth of the server is actually the one mentioned earlier. But I could see a remote chance of that helping.

Hetzner doesn't provide any additional ddos service I think. They only provide the one which is already included in all servers.
I highly doubt 3rd party companies would be of help for cheap enough, seatribe is such a small customer after all that I doubt they would lend any of their valuable experts time to it for free/cheap.
Though contacting cloudflare for example is free, so there isn't much to lose for trying... Maybe they have some solution after all?
