Probably not. In this world you can't harvest the same natural resource twice in succession - you have to give someone else a turn to get it before you can harvest it again.

just went from 4 to 5/390 maps in world 0/5675 saved...

Let's hope it's a code issue and not a hardware issue... Otherwise there goes world 14
