Confirmed for bats outside. They'll roost in trees and attack out of them if you get within their aggro range. Crawling does NOTHING.

I tried shooting one and 3 more around a corner in a cave came and gave me 60+ wound damage.....got up, crawled away, they attacked again and killed me.

Yeah do we know if they keep hitting after KO? Because I kinda want to go back in my cave to get my shit now that I'm forced to become a filthy surface dweller. But bats are camping the door and I'd rather not die

They only KO, watch out for two of them though.

I just got rape-hit three times after going down. One of which was a 50 HHP murder blow. So yeah, they keep hitting you after you go down on occasion and WILL murder the fuck outta you.
