They really need to get rid of this, it's horribly dumb.

If you're still having issues with firebrands in world 9, you're doing something wrong. Craft a torch, build a Fireplace, light the Fireplace when you start playing and use it to light the Torch whenever you need to light something. Saves you tons of stamina and frustration.

What does that have to do with anything? You can literally have a torch on day 2.

I meant that W9 firebrands are much more forgiving than their W8 counterparts. In W8 the complaints were entirely valid, as failing at least twice was the norm. Nowadays it tends to go right on the first try, and if it doesn't the second attempt failing is very rare. If you don't use 'create firebrand' for every single time you light something it's very doable.

I'm not having issues, infact i usually do it in one try. I'm just saying i still don't like the Firebrands.
