I assume he talks about this one. I think this is not what causes delay of patch though. I will not be surprise if we do not get patch this week, since jorb has say:

I expect something possibly next week before they take a week of for the holidays, so the 14ish given they did something about the 17ish last year. So if theres nothing this week, likely something next week. So if the mager project aint done we will get a holiday update, seems the one they love the most is well x-mas, not that i am complaining, I mean we can make snowmen now hehe.
