Yeah, that's right future employer who just checked my Linkedin and found it vaguely interesting: gas, the, kikes.

Anonymity is a lie, you can find out who someone is, you have all the resources at your fingertips.

But in all honesty I'd probably act the same way I do here as I would in any other circumstance.

Excluding possibly at my workplace, where professionalism is kind of required in my opinion.

No, I agree ... the workplace is somewhere where you are sort of required to put on a persona of some kind no matter what level you are at, that is if you a) want to stay employed and b) want to progress .... I know in my job most of you wouldn't recognise me, lol, and although it is a part of what I am it's not the core me that you see away from work and in all other areas of life. :)

Me too, although it hasn't always been the case. When I was younger trolling was always a good source of giggles. I'm actually frequently accused of being a troll even in real life. I honestly believe that most people simply don't appreciate having their views challenged.

I think this is yes. I will have discussing with friend very often, and these will maybe sometime become quite heated. Sometime there will be some ''normal'' person present for this one and they will complain that we are ''fighting'' and must ''stop this argues.'' For some reason these people think to disagree is to be mad fights. Bizarre.

People dislike it yeah, but what are they going to do about it? live in an echo chamber where the only thing they hear is themselves? that's about all you could do, that or surrounding yourself with a bunch of agreeable like-minded sheep. All it does is breed ignorance and stupidity.

Having your views and ideals questioned is a good thing for you, it helps you realize what you feel is truly right. It gives you a better sense of why you are for or against other views. Argument is a healthy and reasonable thing, as long as it doesn't escalate into an all out war.

People can and will do this.
