My opinion is that Realm Cairns need some sort of maintenance thing.

A) It could be carried out by anyone so people who want to stay under certain realm can maintain the cairns

B) It could be carried only by realm members to make people invite other people to their realms

Okay so I am curious why people getting claimed over are so pissed by it. I am only playing in a 3 men group this world and have no ambitions to ever create a kingdom myself. So I am quite happy with the small buff my spiky but cuddly overlords provide and for me there is no downside to it.

Is it because you guys planned on building your own kingdoms at some point and Dis makes it hard to do so? If so I could see an issue with fast claim expansion, yeah.

That's mainly that. We already said it should be slower. Dis had the issue as well at the very beginning, we had to rush it cause another realm was expanding close to us.

All faction already said there were a problem with that mechanic.

I guess there has to be a balance sweetspot there somewhere. I mean panicking cause you see another faction's claim crawl closer and closer actually sounds kind of cool. Gives you a challenge and something to work towards. Just finding your city under a realm without any warning however is stupid then.

I'm agree on that. Just adding a requirement of like 4h to build cairn on newly made realm border would be enough to break all this nonesense. But it's too late.

Plus, we can build cairn with all fresh alt. It shouldn't be the case considering how easy it is to build and hard to destroy. Adding siegecraft in the requirement would be a good solution, so people could really defend the border and not just hope people will be lazy to keep extanding it if we kill 1 random alt.

Actually because other realms already exist, but DIS spams borders around them. And borders are extremely hard to destroy and extremely easy to make...

Heh something I just feel like they don't care about feedback from people that are actually playing this game, they will just make changes proposed by Amanda becouse pvp is 2hard for her when she is larping in her hermitage
