I'll note for those of you using nicotine, it's still the primary carcinogen from tobacco. Don't think because you're not smoking the plant your safe from the various cancers it causes. There's also a ton of studies being done on the different flavoring additives. At least one has been pulled because it was found out it was the same thing as causing rapid onset lung cancer (bubble lung I believe it's known as) in factory workers producing artificial butter flavor.

Nicotine alone is not carcinogenic. Neither addictive either.

Interesting point! Even though this was posted back in 2020, I vape and sometimes make my own DIY e-liquids using pure nicotine I get from sites like https://ecigone.co.uk/. Nicotine itself isn’t considered a carcinogen, but it can still affect the body in ways like raising heart rate and blood pressure, so it’s not completely harmless.
