Gave you patches every week along with it, along with working on longtime projects. We're two people.

We know. Your problem is that we all think you're gods (for pulling off this great game by you two) so the measurement stick for what's to come next is a bit inflated ;)
Please pardon us mortal fatuous people.

Anyway: Update today?

Dont listen to the haters. Credos, gems, return of the hats and now dungeons; its been a wild ride for the last quarter of 2017. Hafen has taken some big steps in terms of improving the longeviety of the game. I think you guys have made a ton of work, and some great decisions with what to implement to address the core needs of the game.
I guess you guys already know, after 10 years or so, that you can never please everyone, but most of us have a lot of respect and appreciation of what you do.

Still one of my favorite people (not gods) in gamedev. I wish my team will be as productive, mindful and creative as you. Our artist is also hell of inspired with how stable you are.
The problem with that patch - as i see it - is the way of announcement and expectations: “we’re doung something big and godlike awesome” is nice but you don’t really want to let us expect what we want to expect, you want us to expect exactly what you’re weaving there. “We’re making a roguelikeish endgame system” could be better and clear. Those spoilers were kewl, however, but expectations were already among us.
For sure, expecting is my (our) fault too at some point. Also i’m not a hater lul.
