5HR later, just you know...watching the home page video wishing the server still wasn't freaking down. Why so long? -.-

Server needs manual restart for some reason but devs are on holidays.

It needs more people in different timezones or whatever to actually fix the code and restart it. IM sure they'll fix it at some point today because they'll still monitor their game, but waiting 5hrs has almost taken up near all of my available play time for tonight, and I start back working for a few more days tomorrow night so I wont have much play time until my actual holiday, so when I have time off server goes kaboom. Would be nice for them find some way to fix this in the future so its not down so long. <3 you J&L hope holiday is going well but plz gib haven back :(

I'm just surprised they haven't looked and noticed that the server is down yet. If I'm not mistaken, I believe its near lunch time for them, so they should be awake.

How does the server reconcile timers after down time? Does it pick up from where it left off or does it advance the timers based on the time of the last "tick" vs current time?

People are going to be unhappy about missing steel crucible refueling windows...

Nothing progresses server side when it has crashed . It'll pick up where it left off.
