Number 2

After few weeks, I got no motivation to play and I am not in to pvp.
Want something like a boss creature to grind and work towards killing. (Maybe not purely through combat)

Traps, for trespassers. This would also be a very realistic addition to siege components.

I think the issue is -- more generally -- that the game doesn't adequately support genuine and large-scale social organization. We have begun formulating plans on the topic, but it is a very delicate question, and I want to -- uncharacteristically -- anchor it well with "the community" before we run off and do shit. I'll be doing a writeup at some point.

Imagine, if you will, the great keeps in WoW, or some other NPC-driven MMO. Huge, sprawling cities that a new player can wander around in freely, visit, and perhaps even spawn in. I'd like there to be that here, except organized by players. Clearly not possible under present mechanics, but necessarily impossible? I want to doubt that.

A big public city can only exist with cops.
Or In H&H it could be a big debuf that make people who make scents more easy to be killed by a bunch of citizens.
The problem is that if we can have this sort of debuf in some place, big closed vilages will want to have it too for a second layer of protection behind there brick wall.
This sort of debuff may be avalaibale only in a non walled place, dont know how to implant this.

I'd like to see some of the new trees/bushes actually have recipes that need their seeds. I'd like to see more of the biomes have unique curios/forageables to them.

I have too been wondering what we do with all these seeds aside from Mirkwoods.

I hate necros as much as the next guy, but I was disturbed by the OP's lack of passion over the results of his thread! Even when the Great Jorb descended from great heights and graced us with his presence... even blessing this holy gathering of elders.

jorb wrote:Excellent initiative, OP. I'm curious to know.

OP deserves to be devoured by a carp. Therefore I have taken it upon myself to tally the results of this (terribly constructed) poll and share them with you all:

1) 18 - Optimization (includes bug fixes, better performance, better pathfinding, better UI)
2) 9 - Moare content (includes new content that does not fall into another poll category)
2) 9 - Sieging
3) 8 - Trade (includes roads, vendor stalls, generic comments on a better economy)
4) 6 - PvE (includes more animals, monsters, dungeons, bosses)
5) 4 - Magic (includes adding more hearth magic or other magic)
5) 4 - Farming (includes additional farming content or fixes to how farming operates)
6) 3 - Items (includes new item ideas or expansions to sets already in-game)
6) 3 - Hunting (includes specific new or improved hunting-of-animal features - mostly traps)
6) 3 - Combat (includes fixes or additions to combat)
7) 2 - Civilization options (includes fixes or additions to villages or larger organizational options)
7) 2 - Biomes (includes additions to biomes and the addition of seasons and weather)
8) 1 - Character customization
9) 0 - Water additions
9) 0 - Minigames

TOTAL: 72

* Disclosure: The results were based upon OP's rule
Berserkzzz wrote:If you could vote on 1 thing, what would it be?
. Where the vote was unspecific to one of the OP's options, the vote was approximated by myself, or a new category created.

* Note: In the future, be more specific with poll options. Also, include a better category/option than "Optimizations" or "More content." Finally, use https://strawpoll.me/ or harass jorb and loftar into creating a poll feature on the forum.

As officially from the mod team as this can be, we only hate necros if they're off topic and add nothing to the existing conversation. ;) Not to mention this post should have never gone inactive.

A good post, I think, and nice job of organizing.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Well thank you. Perhaps after some bug fixes a new poll could be created... preferably with specific categories of content and perhaps using strawpoll.
