doing it automatically while searching for curio is cheating cuz you dont put effort so what if you made the bot?

look for example at world of warcraft there are many repetive daily quests there and no one fucking bot them cuz its illegal

other example start of the new world everyone can build instantly pallisade there are 2 teams 1 team have 100 real player that cut trees and gather other
materials while other team have 25 real players and 500 bots to gather trees and other materials while real 25 are log out or search for curio

question whos going to finish palisade faster??

Well, he might write funny...
But after some translating work, I do agree with one thing, however:

1- When he rages against the usual "bla bla I'm stupid you cry because no one gives you bot files" he's actually right. No, I couldn't care less about bot files. I simply don't want to use them, so people should stop using this childish argument when others try to discuss game issues.

I don't agree with the rest of the thought... Although I see botting as an excuse to not play the game as it is intended to be played disguised by idiotic entitlement, It *IS* automated input and, well, input isn't against the rules, lol. Hacking the servers to empower yourself is.

However if we go down that line, tons and tons of non-stop input (something like a DDOS attack) would be as legal as botting, then......

So that would be you? Because you do not seem to have understood a single sentence of what the user you are quoting was saying. Your lack of basic reading comprehension is somewhat worrisome.

@Topic: I actually agree with the statement that botting is basically cheating. The problem however does not really lie with the botters but with the game's design that either encourages botting or has a lot of tasks so mind numbingly tedious that you see no other choice but to bot them.

Then again if the game is so boring that you have to bot instead of actually play it, why are you playing it in the first place? Why not just move to some game that is actually fun to play in itself? That seems to be like the more logical decision for an activity you are supposed to do for enjoying yourself. Many people seem to regard games as a chore rather than a source of fun. Makes you wonder.
